Sniper Research is an offshoot of Nef Value Research, a boutique research firm that caters to hedge funds. While NVR is set up as a full-service research shop, providing long-term investment ideas, short-term catalyst driven and chart driven trading ideas as well as statistical and fundamental data, Sniper will be focused on designing market beating portfolios for investors with long-term investment horizons. Each month, Sniper will introduce a well-researched idea that falls into one of three areas in their model portfolio: Deep Value, Momentum/Catalyst, or Income. The newsletters will also have a section that gives an update on current portfolio holdings.
